Career Coach, Terri Lee Ryan established her firm Human Capital Solutions, Inc., in 2001. She is a seasoned headhunter, with (14) years experience in recruiting, outplacement and coaching. Her firm is based in downtown Chicago and currently provides career coaching and job transition services. A popular national speaker and radio/television guest, she has addressed many college alumni, including Roosevelt University, on career issues. She was also a keynote speaker at the Women's Empowerment Hour at Metropolitan Capital Bank. Terri has been featured on WLS-AM-890 Women of Mass Discussion show, WGN-AM-720 weekend show with Jerry Agar, and the WLS -TV Channel 7 weekend show, along with numerous blog talk radio stations. She is a regular article contributor to Today's Chicago Woman magazine and Chicago Tribune's ChicagoNow website, Get Employed!
Prior to Human Capital Solutions, Inc., she developed a successful executive search practice where she worked as a partner with DHR, International (5th largest international firm) and New York-based Kenzer, Corp. Terri specialized in the technology, retail, real estate and not-for-profit sectors, placing the management teams for several early stage companies in North America, Asia and the United Kingdom. She was also a General Manager of a start-up technology search firm and worked for Lee Hecht Harrison outplacement. Before entering the search industry, Terri was a partner for six years at a commercial real estate development company and a commercial real estate broker in Chicago for CB Richard Ellis.
Job Transition programs are now available for candidates who are seeking a job, looking to change their current position or are embarking on a new career. Terri provides the necessary tools and strategy needed to make a change. A (4) hour "Get Started" program, which includes rewriting your resume, offers a concise evaluation of the skills needed to make a change and designing a personalized plan of action to find a job, is currently available for $395. Additional programs are also available.
